The Training Services division has been in plan since FY2012-13, but did not become operational until April 7, 2013 when it was retained by its first client for residential computer tutoring on using their new iMac system by DSBE's first incorporation.

Under DSBE's reincorporation, the Training Services division is expected to achieve independent profitability by FY2019-20.  Expansion to and Windhoek is not anticipated before FY2020-21.  Expansion to Ha Noi is not anticipated before FY2025-26.

The short to mid-term goals of the Training Services division center on offering Mental Health First Aid certification to law enforcement and emergency response agencies, both public and private.  DSBE's founder has such certification and finds it complements his first aid and CPR certifications and would have great utility in the security industry and doubtlessly in the law enforcement, fire protection, and paramedic ones as well.

Mental Health First Aid USA introduced its public safety module in April, 2014.  DSBE plans to be an early adopter of this curriculum by offering it in the United States.  DSBE currently plans to launch its course offerings in the second half of 2015 to San Francisco Bay Area police departments, sherriff's departments, fire departments, hospitals emergency staff, and private security companies.

Mental Health First Aid USA is managed by the National Council for Behavioral Health in conjunction with the State of Maryland's Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and the State of Missouri's Department of Mental Health.

The division's growth through sales of MHFA Public Safety Certification instruction and organizational maturity should enable it to expand to other subjects in support of DSBE's overall business of intellectual property commerce.
